We are proud to announce the expansion of our resort with a new Fort Myers meeting and event facility, set to debut in early 2018.

This beautiful new Fort Myers meetings and events facility is a $15 million, 30,000-square-foot space featuring a ballroom that has the capacity to divide into six distinct, modern spaces or any combinations thereof.
To help immerse our guests and customers in the beautiful Cape Coral surroundings, the facility will also feature an expansive new terrace overlooking the Caloosahatchee River estuary.

Our new Tarpon Point Ballroom will feature 12,250 sq. ft. of meeting and event space to accommodate groups up to 1,400 guests when it opens in early 2018. This new addition will enhance the offerings of our existing 15,000 sq. ft. of multi-functional space.
The ballroom can be divided into six distinct spaces or a combination that best fits your needs. Additionally, groups can take advantage of the spacious and modern 4,754 square-foot pre-function area, which can serve as a multi-function room for board meetings or office space, and the 1,728 square-foot outdoor terrace for lunch or evening activities in a beautiful setting.
In addition to the brand new meeting/event space on site, our resort will also add thirty new guestrooms to the existing 293-room inventory. The addition is a conversion of thirty of the two-bedroom suites, which will allow the flexibility to accommodate groups in more traditional rooms and 1-bedroom suites.
